Trading Basics:
- Order Types:You can tell your broker how to buy shares. A limit order is best for beginners because you set the exact price you’re willing to pay. You might also see a Good ‘Til Cancelled (GTC) order, which just means your limit order stays active for days or weeks until it’s filled.
